Placement Cell constitute placement officer & one member
from each department to coordinate the activities of
Training & Placement cell. |

The
training & placement cell functioning in the Raibag
polytechnic college is entrusted with responsibility of
guiding students for placement in credible organization.
This cell also organize workshops, seminars, aptitude
tests, group discussions & mock interviews as a part of
carrier guidance & personality development , through
which students are able to get good technical knowledge
& communication skills to satisfy the present industrial
requirements |

Training Program conducted through Placement Cell for
2015-16: |

|
On 21st
&22nd December 2015 we conducted two days workshop
on “Personality &skill development “for all the final
year students to improve their personality and
communication skills by the resource person Dr.
GuruDakshin certified HRD trainer AIMA New Delhi. |
|
On 4th
January 2016, a career guidance program was
organized by Raibag Polytechnic Raibag for the final
year students of all the branches. The program was
addresse4d by Mrs. Sadhana Pote (Divisional Employment
officer, Belagavi) she guided the students about the
various job opportunities in public as well as private
sectors and the importance of higher education. Around
330 students are registered their names in employment
office for their career. |

The
institution has environment for receiving the reputed
companies to hire our students by arranging campus
interviews for all the eligible students of the
institution. |
